構成要素間のリンク管理 Managing Links between Components

STEP 1
デスク機能を使ってプロダクトリストを管理 Managing Product Lists Using the "Desk" function
(1) Finding Missing Files
Use the "Desk" function
(2) Loading Unloaded Files
Go to File > Desk
In the desk window
(White) Loaded documents
(Black) Unloaded documents
(Red) Missing documents
2. リンク機能を使ってプロダクトリストを管理 Managing Product Lists Using the Link Function
*With the "Link" functionality, linked components with the products or sub-products can be checked.
*Using "Link," reconnecting links, as well as loading, synchronizing, activating/deactivating, isolating, or replacing components can be possible.
(1) Find Missing Files
Activate a product or sub-produt you want to confirm the links from it.
Go to Edit > Link
Links can be checked in the "Links of document" window.
Select the "Pointed document" tab.
Select a missing document, and click on the "Find" button.
==> OK will be displayed in the "Status" column.
2) About the Dialog Box
(A) "Link" tab
"From element": Instance names of components are displayed
"To element": Part names of components are displayed
"Pointed document": File names that components reference will be displayed
"Status": Link status between a component and its reference document
"Load": Will perform the Load operation on the unloaded component
"Synchronize": Synchronizes components
"Activate/Deactivate": Activate/deactivate components
"Isolate": Isolates components
"Replace": Replaces components
(B) "Pointed document" tab
"Status": Links status with the referenced document
"Open": Open selected document
"Find": Re-link the selected document and its reference file
STEP 2
Generating Part Data from Assembly Data
Tools > Generate CATPart from Product
(Note: Each Part will be converted to be a Body in the Part file.)
付記: 自分が沖縄(沖縄出身というわけではないのですが)でCATIA講習を受けた際にとっていたノートを元に、おおまかな知識を書き出してみたのだけれども、久しぶりに見直してみて、随分いろんなことを習ったものだと改めて思うに到り、中には今になって、なるほどそういうことだったか、と合点のいくものもあったりで、復習をしてみる意味においても、当時のメモやノートを掘り起こすのは悪くないかと思い、書いてみた次第です。
